About Your Trainer

As a competitive pole sport athlete, I, Abbigail Rennes, value strength and quality of movement using my entire body. And that philosophy applies to my personal training methodology. I want every person or pole dancer in the Northeast, WI area and beyond to be able to think critically about the way they move in everyday life, and incorporate that directly into getting them results in their fitness and wellness goals.

My journey to holistic fitness started with a immobile back. Feeling uncomfortable, with pain, aches, tingling sensations, and feeling frustrated - I took myself to see a physical therapist. From there I realized not only was my back immobile, but I had a plethora of other issues I needed to work out or risk hurting myself doing what I love. So I got to work so that I can keep dancing the rest of my life. I honestly feel like I’ve worked out every issue from my toes all the way up to my neck and shoulders.

Not only am I fully recovered, but I am stronger, more mobile, and empowered. I want that for everyone.

However, physical therapy is expensive, so I wanted to be an affordable option for those who feel uncomfortable but aren’t in pain - yet, want to prevent injuries, move more efficiently, and assist in continuing recovery after seeing a physical therapist with a treatment plan. Oftentimes the lack of results comes from training that attacks the symptoms, but not necessarily the weakness or range of motion in the muscles that caused the symptoms in the first place. That's why I believe in being strong through all the range a person has, or can have, so that they are better able to tackle their day stiffness and pain free.

I wanted to be someone that could be with each person through all of your hobbies, passions, desires, and cater programing, mobility, and recovery strategies for what is most important for them and their life. That is my whole mission!

Whatever you want your session to be, that is what I want to be for you, and that promotes a lifelong habit of health and wellness.
